reason 4
You get BAD Chemistry test result because
You forget last week's chemistry lesson.

Some student have this type of problem.  On week 5, I explain complicated chapter (like Equilibrium for JC, or Electrolysis for Secondary).  The student understand, know how to apply it to complicated questions, even derive a formula by herself.
Then on week 6, she forgot everything!  She can not answer simple questions, remembers no formula, nothing at all.  This problem is very frustrating not to the student, but to the teacher.

Why
You forget last week's chemistry lesson
so that
You get BAD Chemistry test result ?

reason 4.1

My solutions for you :

solution 4.1
Drop Chemistry subject

solution 4.2
Quit your CCAdrop other time consuming subject, sleep less, spend your whole day studying chemistry. You'll get A for Chemistry and I'll be famous.

solution 4.3
Revise Chemistry during the week
Usually the teacher in school asked you to revise / do homework during the week.  It's up to you to decide which time of the week you want to do homework.  That is the 'normal' way of teaching students.
That is not my way. My technique is not normal. My technique is called Extreme Spoon Feeding Technique (ESFT).  Near the end of every lesson, I asked the students which exact day, and which exact time they can revise the lesson or they can do homework.

Example :
The student come for lesson on Friday evening.  Near the end of the lesson, I asked for 5 sessions of self study at home.  One hour each.  He bargained for 2.  I said 3.  He said he had test on other subject on Saturday the next week. We agree on 3 sessions. We specify the days : Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.  That's because he need to study other subject on Friday.  Wednesday is his CCA day. (CCA is my enemy).
The time is 9 pm  to 10 pm, after dinner.  We also specify what he will do during that time :
on Monday he will make summary of today's lesson.
on Tuesday he will do home work from A level paper.
on Thursday he will memorise the list / tables from today's lesson.
